The 7i™ Directors, Carol Koffman and Natalie Robbs, have the collective experience of having run successful consulting businesses, occupied senior managerial positions in large organisations, and worked and lived in foreign countries.

Between them they hold postgraduate qualifications in information science, psychology and international politics. They have lectured on postgraduate and undergraduate courses in the Business and Information Science Faculties of prominent universities.

Their range of work experience is diverse, with successful projects conducted on behalf of and in partnership with government departments (local and foreign), parastatal organisations, NGOs and large corporations (both national and multinational).

They each have over 11 years experience in organisational development roles with nearly 30 years combined experience.

They have worked at all levels of organisations – with ministers and parliamentarians, CEOs and MDs, managers and operational staff.

In addition 7i™ has a core team of over 50 associates and contractors who, on various projects, fulfill the function of facilitators, trainers, researchers and interviewers, specialists and analysts.
