Skills audit process starting with the executive team and including the Belbin® methodology for behavioural job role profiling, team development and resource planning, as well as individual executive development. Rollout of the one-to-one skills audit and Belbin® Behavioural Role Profiling processes to Level 2 and Level 3 managers as well as the remaining 11 000 employees in SAA, nationally and internationally. Divisional HR and business planning and development workshops using the Belbin® methodology. One-to-one executive coaching. Updating, verification and gathering of additional data such as location, assets register, pension and medical aid details, driver and other licences, systems access and user profiles. Scanning of all qualifications, training and ID records for the purposes of electronic CVs and online searching. Design of a web enabled solution to keep all skills audited and additional data gathered 'fresh' and created with integrity. Design of an online search and match query facility to report on individual, group, job, organisational, divisional and demographic profiles for skills development, succession planning, resource and capacity planning, staff modeling, organograms and other HR, business and financial accounting. Development of a QA tool to cleanup and merge all data in the most efficient and controlled way. Development of a qualifications master list – looking at naming conventions, qualifications categories, NQF levels, and unifying all into one database, on a scale and depth not yet done in South Africa. SLA involving the updating and maintenance of the skills audit data, clustering of qualifications and training according to business units and career levels; and the development of a career pathing framework for input into job profiling and skills gap analyses.
