7i™ was awarded the contract to redesign the organisational structure and functions of BrandSA (known as the South African International Marketing Council or IMC) (Phase 1) and to further deliver, in a staggered approach, the resultant recommendations (Phase 2) among other, the development of a comprehensive skills matrix and skills dictionary complete with assessment tools, methodologies, weighting of relevance according to work levels and execution, plus the development of an aligned performance management system for the new mandate and new strategic direction. Phase 3 involved the development of new policies - Performance (with a new incentive scheme), Recruitment and Selection, Remuneration (new grading system included), Training and Development), as well as operational processes and systems to align the new organisational functions, 7i™ is now in the process of concluding the recommendations for transition (testing, refinement and Board approval). |
